DJ Anjna is honored to be San Diego’s first female Bollywood DJ, bringing a bold, vibrant, and refined energy to Indian weddings and luxury celebrations throughout Southern California.
Born as Deepti Alampally, she proudly performs as DJ “Anjna” — a name lovingly given by her mother and deeply close to her heart.

Music has been her constant companion since childhood — a source of joy, healing, and connection. After moving to San Diego in 2017, she noticed a major gap: Bollywood music experiences were limited locally, and people often had to travel to Los Angeles for authentic Indian DJ nights.
Encouraged by friends — and gifted her first DJ controller for her birthday — she began exploring the craft with curiosity and dedication. What started as passion quickly evolved into purpose.
Through personal challenges in 2023, DJing became her anchor. She leaned into growth, formal training, and invested in professional-grade equipment to create high-impact sound and lighting experiences. Since then, she has meticulously built and analyzed a 15,000-song music library spanning Bollywood, Punjabi, Tollywood, South Indian hits, Top 40, EDM, Hip-Hop, Latin, and more — making her incredibly versatile for multicultural celebrations.
